Booking & Conditions
The following information will clarify key booking arrangements - but please read the booking terms & conditions in full (see booking link in this section).
Changeover Days
Saturday is normal changeover day on weekly bookings. Out of high season we will try to be more flexible. We also try to offer weekend breaks on the same flexible basis, so please email any enquiries.
Cleaning
The house will be clean and tidy on your arrival. All we ask is that you leave it in the same condition on your departure. A cleaning charge will be made to cover any excessive cleaning/changeover costs.
Booking Deposit
A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, with the balance due no later than eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
Security Deposit
A returnable security deposit of £250 is required in case of damage or breakage. This will be returned to you within 1 week of your stay.
Heating
In the summer, there is no real need for indoor heating, nor for the pool. Out of peak season or on request, however, heating will be provided for an additional cost (see booking form).
Safety
We have made every effort to ensure you have a safe, enjoyable stay - but vigilance & common sense is also key - particularly in and around the pool area.
Smoking
For all guests' enjoyment, no smoking is permitted inside the house - please ensure any risk of fire in the hot summer months is avoided by proper disposal of cigarette butts etc.
Insurance
Please ensure you take proper and appropriate safety precautions during your visit and provide yourselves with appropriate travel, personal and health insurance.
